What are the causes of hydraulic system damage caused by small excavator?
In the hydraulic system of small excavator, because of the flow change of hydraulic oil, the internal pressure or partial pressure of the liquid will suddenly become low, resulting in the release of gas dissolved in the liquid and the generation of a large number of bubbles, which is the phenomenon of hydraulica.
Bubble phenomenon will cause noise and vibration of hydraulic device, and lead to corrosion of metal surface. Especially when the bubbling hydraulic oil enters the downstream high-pressure position (hydraulic pump) in the hydraulic system, if the hydraulic oil is adiabatic compressed at this time, the bubble will collapse rapidly, leading to local high position and impact pressure.
This kind of local high position and stamping will lead to corrosion of metal, reduce the quality of hydraulic oil and cause chemical corrosion of metal parts. When the surface of metal parts is corroded, they will peel off or form small sponge cavity components.
